Our Team
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Charles T. Wunder
Mr. Wunder has over 25 years of combined law enforcement and military experience and is currently a Lieutenant, Watch Commander with the Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. Wunder has extensive experience in the tactical field, plain clothes operations, interrogations and investigations. As a training Instructor with the Los Angeles Police Department, Mr. Wunder has trained law enforcement personnel in areas including active shooters on school campuses, officer rapid deployment, building searches, use of force, field tactics and Multi Assault Counter Terrorism Action Capabilities, among others. He holds a Supervisory Peace Officer Standards and Training Certification from the California Department of Justice and a NRA and FBI Range Master Certification. He has extensive experience dealing with civilian organizations. Mr. Wunder also served as a Sergeant with the United States Army Reserve, where he obtained his Airborne Certification, was a Psychological Operations Specialist and studied Civil Affairs Operations. Mr. Wunder received the Golden Badge Foundation Award for Heroism from the California Law Enforcement Association and the National Association of Police Organization TOP COPS Award in 2006. Mr. Wunder has over thirty police and military certifications and has been recognized with six state and national awards.

Michele Wunder
Michele Wunder is the Vice President and Owner of CW Security Group Inc., bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a strong foundation in business management. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska and has previously held key roles such as Operations Manager, Project Manager, and General Manager for some of the most recognized global brands.
With a proven track record in client relations, project oversight, staff development, and operational performance, Michele excels in delivering exceptional service and results. Her calm and composed leadership style, combined with a natural ability to motivate teams and foster trust, sets her apart in the security services industry.
Renowned for her calm, solutions-focused approach, Michele excels in client relations, staff mentoring, performance oversight, and strategic planning. She brings unmatched energy and a creative, results-driven mindset to every project—earning the trust of both clients and colleagues alike.
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING
Kelsey Burton
Kelsey graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in May of 2021. After graduation she joined our team, where she started as our marketing specialist, but has since, very quickly, made her way up to Director of Administration and Marketing. Kelsey brings so much to the company, helps us achieve our goals, and is an integral part of our day-to-day operations. Her charismatic energy, kindness, and willingness to help wherever she is needed is why she is a top employee, with attributes to her hard work and positive energy as well!
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jason Sperline
Jason’s journey through the security industry is a true testament to dedication, perseverance, and a relentless commitment to excellence. With over 25 years of experience, he began his career as an on-site security guard and steadily rose through the ranks, earning each promotion through hard work, professionalism, and a strong focus on results.
For more than a decade, Jason has been a valued leader at CW Security Group Inc., where he currently serves as Operations Manager. During his tenure, he has held numerous positions—including Guard, Supervisor, and Regional Team Leader—each of which has deepened his expertise and broadened his perspective on the security industry.
Jason is known for his hands-on leadership style, his deep understanding of operational logistics, and his consistent focus on customer service and training. His career path, from the frontline to senior management, reflects his belief in leading by example and his passion for building strong, effective teams.
